Notes to Price Plans
- Mbps means Megabits per second; GB means GigaBytes
- Prices shown above exclude Tax. Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 18% will be additionally applicable.
- Subscription to Unlimited Ampl Plans is only available for Individual/ Home Customers for Personal Usage.
- Timbl reserves the right to apply a Fair Usage Policy for Unlimited Ampl Plans to manage fair consumption of data, ensure equitable customer experience, and control excessive consumption by a few customers.
- Simpl 499M plans are valid for 30 days. Other plans are valid for 1 month.

- All Plans are on Pre-Pay basis.
- All Plans include symmetric speed, i.e. Download & Upload speed are same.
- Data Usage includes Download and Upload.
- Installation/ Activation Charges are nil.
- An amount equivalent to plan rental (incl. of tax) of selected plan would be collected at the time of signing of Customer Agreement Form (CAF).
- Router would be provided against a refundable security deposit. WiFi enabled router would be provided for services over FTTN networks against deposit of Rs 1500/-, and non-WiFi enabled router would be provided for services over FTTH/ FTTB networks against deposit of Rs 750/-.
Broadband Plans are available only for following cities
Agra,Allahabad, Ambala, Bahadurgarh, Bareilly, Bhiwadi, Faridabad Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Lucknow, New Delhi, Noida, Panipat, Rewari, Rudrapur
Key Terms and Conditions
- Price Plans are subject to Guidelines, Directions, and Orders issued by TRAI and DoT.
- The Price plans can be modified or withdrawn anytime without prior notice.
- Speed indicated is speed up to our ISP node. There is no assurance that the said speed will be maintained beyond our ISP node. Even upto our ISP node, it may not be maintained at all times depending upon the network congestion, technical reasons or any other unavoidable circumstances.
